About the Opportunity

noissue is looking for multiple full-time Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers based in Vancouver, B.C. on a hybrid schedule of 1 day work from home. 

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections and driving results through outbound sales efforts. You'll focus on engaging prospective customers via cold outreach methods, fostering relationships, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport. If you’re passionate about working with brands and excited about growing within a company that values your contributions, this role sets you on the path to becoming an Account Executive.

The Account Executive (AE) role is a blend of strategic and relationship-focused sales, managing both inbound leads and building outbound opportunities. You’ll work with a wide range of businesses to understand their needs, create tailored packaging solutions, and guide them through the sales process. Strong negotiation skills, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively are key to success in this role. 

As an Account Manager (AM), you'll take ownership of relationships with both established and emerging brands, helping them create custom sustainable packaging solutions. This role is focused on nurturing our long-term partnerships, managing inbound leads, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first touchpoint through to reorder. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work closely with global teams across operations, supply chain, and sales. 

About You

To qualify for the BDR position, you will need 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven ability to succeed in cold outreach environments. Experience selling physical products in industries such as food service, clothing, B2B software, hospitality, or retail will also be essential.

To qualify for the AE position, you will need 2-3 years of experience in an Account Executive, SDR, or other sales-focused closing role in a B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Occasional travel may also be required to support client relationships.

To qualify for the AM position, you will need 3-6 years of account management experience, including managing a book of business and high-value B2B accounts. Proficiency in upselling, retention, and working in industries such as packaging, food service, clothing, or other consumer products will be essential.

About the Benefits

Compensation based on skills and experience, falls within the following salary ranges:

  • BDR - $40k-$45k/yr + uncapped commissions 
  • AE: $70k-$80k/yr + uncapped commissions
  • AM: $70k-90k/yr + potential to grow dependent on book of business
